Your numbers, done for you.

Nothing here needs an account. Type in what's true today. The weekly tracker and the session counter save on this device only.

Calories and protein

The two numbers that decide whether the fat comes off and the muscle stays. Bodyweight times a multiplier for calories; 0.8 grams per pound for protein. Approximate is fine — roughly right every day beats exactly right for a week.

Starting belt weight

Eight strict reps before you hang anything. After that, your rep count tells you where to start so the first set lands in the five-to-eight range. Dips are always stronger than pull-ups.

Estimated max for a weighted set

A weighted pull-up moves your whole body plus the plate. This converts any set you've done into what it's really worth, and tells you what a hard 5 and a hard 8 should look like at that strength.

Plate math for the belt

A dip belt takes single plates on a chain, so there's no pairing. Tick what you own and it tells you what to hang.

Weekly bodyweight average

One morning tells you how salty dinner was. Seven mornings averaged tell you the truth. Enter this week's weigh-ins; it compares to the last week you saved on this device.

Twenty-four sessions

The count that matters more than the mirror. Tap it after every session. Never two in a row — that's the only rule that decides whether you get here.

Rest timer

Three to five minutes between the hard sets. If you're not resting long enough to get bored, you're not lifting heavy enough to need it. Leave this open at the bar.
